BNI Credit Card Policy for Monthly Membership Options
By entering my credit card or debit card into the BNI payment system, I agree that this card will be charged every thirty (30) days until I cancel my membership with BNI. Once I decide to stop the monthly payment, I agree to give BNI thirty (30) days of notice to de-activate this monthly payment. I understand that after I cancel my automatice payment (becuase I am either switching to an annual payment, or am relinquishing my BNI membership) I will be charged for the thrity (30) day notification period.
I understand that my card is automatically charged every thirty (30) days. If it is declined, I will have seven (7) days to make a payment online or at the corporate address. If no payment is received within seven (7) days, then I relinquish my BNI membership and it automatically ends.
